Express shipping: $14.30 (Australia Shipping only)

All domestic express shipping orders over $300 automatically qualify for free express shipping.

Standard: 3-5 business days.
Express: 1-3 business days.
(Both excluding official public holidays and weekends).

Once your order has been received by Australia Post, Lash Depot is no longer liable for the order. But will do our very best to locate it by contacting auspost.  Please be sure to track your order to know when to expect its arrival to avoid items being lost or stolen.

We will gladly refund your item up to 28 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened/unused and in its original saleable condition. If you are canceling your order because you've changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods.
